The Medio 100 is a dynamic step-up from smaller ovens. The generous arch opening and bake chamber are large enough to use any cookware and easily accommodates a full size turkey. The dual density dome offers a fast start up and an easy to manage oven. The commercial grade firebrick floor offers professional results with great heat retention.
